Got a new key, it's nice

However, the custom engraving took about 10 days longer than their estimated time on the website, which was a bit frustrating. I had to follow up with customer service once to check on the status. They were polite, but it still meant waiting longer for the key to ship. Overall, I'm happy with the product, but they could definitely improve on their custom order turnaround times.
